I suggest to upgrade the apps or fix, if cannot I can provide an apps or help fixing or I suggest using this company skyconnectiva or consult at least. They are good of giving solution. Perhaps XL need to make new apps. I suggest find a new one.
It’s good that it has a feature to buy roaming package from the app. It makes the whole process easier. However, when you buy roaming package the authentication takes a long time or the page doesn’t refresh. I’ve also encountered at least twice in which it sent a message saying the package has been activated but turned out I was charged with normal roaming fees, and not packaged fees. Another time, their system glitched and charged roaming package twice but would not rectify the auto payment. They refused to credit the overpayment from my side! I’ve also encountered a time when I was already overseas and had to extend my stay, in which then I could not buy the roaming package. They said they encountered an error and it was not fixed throughout my overseas stay. Hence I had to go around without network connection and only relied on wifi when it was available. The billing feature doesn’t give detailed invoice items. Absolutely useless!! The help chat menu is limited and difficult to get through an actual person. You’re stuck with a bot that doesn’t address your specific needs. XL has gone from worst to horrifyingly UNBEARABLE. I’ve been a customer since the 90’s and the only reason I’m stuck with xl is because of govt regulation that doesn’t allow me to move my number to other network. Absolutely s*^€k! What are the BODs doing? Sitting around talking and no actions?!?!?!!! As a customer, I despise the idea my money is used to pay for the BOD remunerations when I receive little benefits being a customer.

More feature added more bugs introduce. Buying package often had no internet connection errors while I can send chats, streaming, etc.

Sangat kecewa dgn XL yg punya lock atau unlock utk mengatur pulsa. Tetapi tanpa seijin saya XL telah memilih untuk memotong pulsa secara paksa tanpa bertanya/meminta ijin. Dan jaringan internet tdk bagus… ini saya memakai hotspot dari Telkomsel saya😡 XL STOP mengambil UANG SAYA!!! Tanpa ijin!!!

The app won't let you buy or view packages. XL literally cannot make a sale and they don't even know it. Has anyone in your company htrued to use the app prior to release?!

It is common for carriers to have an app nowadays where you can check your balance and plans. However, an app means it requires data access (if you don’t have WiFi), and XL’s own network is severely poor. Even with full bars, data is non existent. All I see is the signal on my phone switching from LTE down to EDGE and then it loses data connectivity altogether. However amount of data is pointless if you cannot even use it.

How can a company be so big and have a product for so long but still it is unable to do the one thing it was meant to do. The tasks this apps needs to accomplish are so simple yet it still can’t manage to do it at all. I changed numbers and tried to log into the app with the new number. They sent the verification code but at the exact moment it is sent the code is no longer valid and I need to wait 120 seconds to send another code. Guess what? That code won’t work either. It doesn’t even let you paste the verification code into the input. The verification code is already invalid before there is any input. Is that reasonable? So the app has failed at an extremely fundamental level. And as others have stated it is entirely too slow.
Using your apps just wasting my time, server slow respon. I can tolerate the ui, but if i just want to know my data than takes long time, sorry I’m not ok with that.

Sebelumnya bekerja dengan baik. Setelah ada update, saya tidak bisa login kembali. Login dengan menggunakn OTP, tapi begutu request OTP, sms OTP tidak pernah terkirimkan ke nomor saya.
